Sales Director

Role Overview

We are seeking US Sales Directors to join our foundational sales team. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and regional growth across enterprise and high-growth mid-market accounts in key regions throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate is a highly proactive, self-driven sales leader who is comfortable owning the entire sales motion—from opportunity creation through close. Success in this role requires the ability to build momentum through direct engagement, trusted relationships, and disciplined outbound execution, while also collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to expand Ridge Security’s market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract close.
  • Establish reference customers and long-term relationships in key target verticals.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable channel and strategic partners in the region.
  • Represent Ridge Security in executive meetings, regional events, and partner engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, marketing, and leadership to ensure successful deal execution and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise sales, preferably within cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated success driving new business and revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Ability to independently create and advance qualified opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity platforms, automated penetration testing, CTEM, or managed security services is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with and enabling channel or strategic partners.
  • Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-growing company.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Senior Director of Engineering (Software Security)

  • Location: USA
  • Modality: Onsite

Role Overview

Lead the engineering organization delivering enterprise cybersecurity products across on-premises and SaaS environments. Own architecture, reliability, and secure SDLC. Lead Agentic-AI initiatives for cybersecurity (including LLM integration/orchestration) to power automated penetration-testing and cloud-security features.

Grow and coach managers and individual contributors, partner closely with Product and Customer Success, and ensure operational excellence for global customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define, evolve, and govern the reference architecture for on-premises and SaaS security products; ensure scalability, resiliency, observability, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead Agentic-AI initiatives in the cybersecurity domain, including LLM integration/orchestration for automated penetration-testing and cloud-security features.
  • Be hands-on as needed—prototype customer-driven features, review/merge critical changes, and unblock delivery.
  • Establish and continuously improve secure SDLC (CI/CD, automated testing, release governance, quality gates) across teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering organization (hiring, career ladders, performance, succession planning).
  • Operate the platform with SLOs/SLIs; drive incident response and post-incident improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Security to translate enterprise requirements into roadmaps and support critical customer escalations globally.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, code quality, and architecture guardrails; maintain documentation (architecture standards, runbooks).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
  • 5 years of software engineering experience including 3 years of people-management (managing engineers and/or managers).
  • Enterprise cybersecurity product experience (e.g., vulnerability management, penetration testing, cloud security).
  • Applied AI/ML experience for enterprise software, including LLM integration/orchestration.
  • Experience delivering both SaaS and on-premises enterprise products.
  • Experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases; proficiency in one of: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD and secure SDLC in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in one of the following: Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or C++.

What You’ll Do

  • Support engineering initiatives through well-defined development tasks and technical assignments.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with content creation, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Support demand generation initiatives, including campaign execution, lead tracking, and database management.
