Customers Purchased on Azure

Dear Customer,

Please complete the following steps to apply for your RidgeBot licenses after your purchase through the Azure Marketplace:

After purchasing a commercial plan of RidgeBot and installing the RidgeBot VM in your Azure resource group, open your RidgeBot application. Immediately copy the machine code displayed and paste it into the “Machine Code” field below.

Submit the required information to complete your application. Typically, it takes about 24 hours to receive your license file via an email from businessoperation@ridgesecurity.ai
