Attack Surface

Attack surfaces are all of the entry points where an unauthorized bad actor can potentially access and exploit flaws and weaknesses. Organizations must continuously test their attack surfaces to identify and eliminate potential threats before they can be exploited.

A digital attack surface includes all the hardware and software within an organization’s digital environment, like code, applications, ports, servers, and websites. It also includes user computers, smartphones, hard drives, and USB drives, as well as user credentials.

RidgeBot® provides continuous attack surface management

Ridge Security’s RidgeBot® enables organizations to continuously manage external exposure. RidgeBot® will provide a free comprehensive list of attack surfaces before further assessing and validating software vulnerabilities and infrastructure risks. In addition, with the historical report RidgeBot® tracks the changes of an organization’s attack surfaces and presents the change dynamics into a graphic trending report for users to continuously monitor and manage it.
